PENTABYTE CO., LTD provides a certificate lifecycle management service covering issuance, renewal, deployment and monitoring. Using the service means you accept these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
You must not request certificates for domain names you do not own or lawfully control, and you must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the systems of others, or to circumvent any person's security measures.
We may immediately revoke certificates issued in breach of this clause.
DV certificates are issued by external CAs (Let's Encrypt, Google Trust Services) that have their own terms and rate limits. We do not guarantee successful or timely issuance where the cause lies with an external CA, its policy changes, or DNS outside our control.
Certificates from the built-in Private CA are for your organisation's internal use only and are not a public trust anchor. They are issued under a Certificate Policy / Certification Practice Statement (CP/CPS), available on request, but the Private CA is not publicly served, so its certificates should not be relied upon by third parties who have not been given the CA in advance.
Free plans are provided as is with no service level agreement. Paid plans follow the terms stated in the plan documentation.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we are at fault.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach or non-payment. Issued certificates remain valid until expiry or revocation, but automated renewal stops on termination — export what you need before closing the account.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you actually paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
This limitation does not apply to damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may amend these terms on at least 30 days' notice by email or portal notice, incrementing the version above. If you do not accept the amended terms you may cancel before they take effect; continued use afterwards constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Thai law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. Enterprise and public-sector customers may sign a separate agreement, which prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

PENTABYTE CO., LTD ("ผู้ให้บริการ") ให้บริการระบบบริหารจัดการใบรับรองดิจิทัล ซึ่งรวมถึงการขอออก การต่ออายุ การติดตั้ง และการติดตามใบรับรอง ตามแพ็กเกจที่ท่านเลือก
การสมัครใช้บริการหรือการเข้าใช้งานถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้
ท่านมีหน้าที่รักษาความลับของรหัสผ่านและปัจจัยยืนยันตัวตน และรับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของท่าน กรุณาแจ้งผู้ให้บริการทันทีเมื่อพบการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
ท่านตกลงว่าจะไม่ขอออกใบรับรองสำหรับชื่อโดเมนที่ท่านไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของหรือไม่มีสิทธิควบคุมโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย และจะไม่ใช้บริการเพื่อการกระทำที่ผิดกฎหมาย แทรกแซงระบบของผู้อื่น หรือหลีกเลี่ยงมาตรการความปลอดภัยของบุคคลใด
ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิเพิกถอนใบรับรองที่ออกโดยฝ่าฝืนข้อนี้ได้ทันที
ใบรับรองแบบ DV ออกโดยผู้ให้บริการออกใบรับรองภายนอก (เช่น Let's Encrypt, Google Trust Services) ซึ่งมีข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการและข้อจำกัดอัตราการออกใบเป็นของตนเอง
ผู้ให้บริการไม่รับประกันว่าจะออกใบรับรองได้สำเร็จหรือทันเวลาในทุกกรณี เมื่อเหตุขัดข้องเกิดจากผู้ออกใบรับรองภายนอก การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายของผู้ออกใบรับรอง หรือความผิดพลาดของระบบ DNS ที่อยู่นอกการควบคุมของผู้ให้บริการ
ใบรับรองที่ออกจาก Private CA ของระบบมีไว้สำหรับการใช้งานภายในองค์กรของท่านเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ public trust anchor และเบราว์เซอร์หรืออุปกรณ์ที่ไม่ได้ติดตั้ง CA ดังกล่าวจะไม่เชื่อถือใบรับรองนี้
ใบรับรองจาก Private CA นี้ออกภายใต้ Certificate Policy / Certification Practice Statement (CP/CPS) ของผู้ให้บริการ ซึ่งจัดให้ตามคำขอ อย่างไรก็ตาม Private CA นี้ยังคงมีไว้สำหรับการใช้งานภายในองค์กรของท่านเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ public trust anchor และไม่ได้เผยแพร่ต่อสาธารณะ จึงไม่ควรใช้ใบรับรองนี้ในบริบทที่ต้องอาศัยบุคคลภายนอก (relying party) ที่ไม่ได้ติดตั้ง CA ดังกล่าวไว้ล่วงหน้า
แพ็กเกจแบบไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ (as is) โดยไม่มีข้อตกลงระดับการให้บริการ แพ็กเกจแบบมีค่าบริการเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุในเอกสารแพ็กเกจ
การชำระเงินดำเนินการผ่าน Stripe ผู้ให้บริการไม่จัดเก็บข้อมูลบัตรชำระเงิน ค่าบริการที่ชำระแล้วไม่คืนให้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดเป็นอย่างอื่น หรือผู้ให้บริการไม่สามารถให้บริการได้เนื่องจากความผิดของผู้ให้บริการเอง
ท่านยกเลิกบริการได้ทุกเมื่อ ผู้ให้บริการอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกบริการเมื่อมีการฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ หรือเมื่อค้างชำระค่าบริการ
ใบรับรองที่ออกไปแล้วยังคงมีผลจนกว่าจะสิ้นอายุหรือถูกเพิกถอน แต่บริการต่ออายุอัตโนมัติจะยุติทันทีเมื่อบัญชีถูกยกเลิก ท่านควรส่งออกใบรับรองและกุญแจที่จำเป็นก่อนปิดบัญชี
ภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ความรับผิดรวมของผู้ให้บริการต่อท่านไม่ว่าจะเกิดจากมูลสัญญาหรือมูลละเมิด จำกัดไม่เกินค่าบริการที่ท่านชำระจริงในระยะเวลา 12 เดือนก่อนเหตุที่ก่อให้เกิดความรับผิด
ข้อจำกัดข้างต้นไม่ใช้บังคับกับความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการจงใจหรือประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรงของผู้ให้บริการ รวมถึงกรณีอื่นที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้จำกัดความรับผิด
ผู้ให้บริการอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบทางอีเมลหรือประกาศในพอร์ทัลล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วันก่อนวันมีผล พร้อมปรับหมายเลขเวอร์ชันด้านบน
หากท่านไม่ยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับแก้ไข ท่านมีสิทธิยกเลิกบริการก่อนวันมีผล การใช้บริการต่อไปหลังวันมีผลถือว่าท่านยอมรับ
ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย และให้ศาลไทยเป็นศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจ
ลูกค้าองค์กรหรือหน่วยงานภาครัฐอาจตกลงทำสัญญาแยกต่างหาก ซึ่งจะมีผลเหนือข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้เฉพาะในส่วนที่ขัดกัน
